How I build

Design first

Every build starts as a composition, not a component tree. Type, spacing and rhythm get decided before a single line of code — so the code has something worth serving.

Build deliberate

Small, fast iterations in TypeScript and Python. I would rather ship a sharp small thing this week than a vague big thing someday.

Polish hard

The last 10% is the whole point — easing curves, load order, hover states, empty states. Details are not decoration; they are the product.
